Patrolman Timothy Jeffas
Patrolman Jeffas is the Department's firearms instructor. He is also responsible
for vehicle maintenance and is a senior liaison.
Detective Joseph Tracy
He is the detective for the Old Tappan Police Department. He is also the police department's Child Seat Safety Technician. He is available to check seats installed in vehicles as well as give advise on the proper installation of your child's safety seat. You can contact the Police Department to arrange an appointment to have your seat installed or checked for safety.
Patrolman Brett Terjanian
Patrolman Terjanian is assigned to mentoring at the grammar schools, traffic and accident investigations, crime prevention, and the juvenile bureau.
Patrolman Jason Rothenburger
A Child Seat Safety Technician. Patrolman Rothenburger's other assignments include crime prevention, domestic violence, narcotics, computers, bicycle safety, mentoring at the grammar schools and homeland security.
Patrolman Robert Wacht
Patrolman Wacht is assigned to the juvenile bureau. He is also the domestic violence officer, senior liaison, participates in mentoring at the grammar school, and maintains the Borough alarms and business files. He is also a certified DARE officer.
Patrolman Peter Miele
Patrolman Miele is assigned to the computer division, bicycle safety, and community policing.
Patrolwoman Katie Weaver
Patrolwoman Weaver is assigned as a child seat safety technician and also the patrol division of the Department. She is the newest member of the DARE program.
Patrolman Joshua Phykitt
Patrolman Phykitt graduated from the Bergen County Police Academy and was a former US Marine. He is assigned to the patrol division.
Patrolman Eugene Wilkins
Patrolman Wilkins is the newest member of the police department. He was hired through the alternate route program and a graduate of the Atlantic County Police academy. He is also a former member of the US Coast Guard.
